Hi, I'm Mariela, the designer and maker behind Mar & Ella.
I was born in Cuba, an island that shaped my love for the sea, color, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
After studying Industrial Design and spending years working in creative fields, life led me down a different path: motherhood.
In 2020, I started Mar & Ella from a small corner of my home with a simple idea—to create pieces that carry meaning, inspire positive energy, and tell a story.
Today, every piece is still designed with intention and handmade in small batches, inspired by the Mediterranean, travel, and the belief that beautiful things should mean something.
